Client Support
Our Client Support Department is a recently introduced service intended to help Ziadies clients make the most of their living circumstances, especially in cases where we have recently acted.
You may, for example, have recently bought a house in an area you are not yet familiar with, and need guidance in finding a doctor, a health club, a centre of worship, or choosing a school for your children. Or you may have just moved to the UK and want guidance in dealing with a situation that you have not previously encountered, such as opening a UK bank account or answering a letter from the local authority.
What our Client Support Department can do in cases such as these is to use our experience, our knowledge of London, and our contacts to advise you on the right procedures and, where possible, give you the contact details of whoever you need to be in touch with.
Experience suggests these support services are in particular demand from clients who have recently:
- Bought a house
- Moved to the UK
- Started a new business
- Divorced
- Suffered a personal injury
This service applies only in the UK and is available only to clients for whom we have acted in the last 2 years and members of their immediate family.
