Manal Fouad qualified as a solicitor I 2007 having trained with a leading firm in Bromley. She gained experience in Family Law, in Dispute Resolution, and Litigation. She dealt with a number of high profile cases which received media coverage. She joined Ziadies in early 2008.
Manal has widened her experience and now specialises in Probate, Wills and Trusts work serving clients both in the UK and overseas. She acts for executors, administrators and trustees in both contentious and non-contentious matters. She advises on estate administration, probate disputes, contested wills and family provision claims. Manal brings to her work professional expertise and a genuine desire to help people through very difficult times such as bereavement.
She also specialises in Lasting powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work, advising Clients who need guidance and representation in sensitive and complex situations.
In her spare time Manal is a youth leader at her Orthodox church. She enjoys foreign travel and enjoys reading a range of literature with an emphasis on Christian writings.
